Refund & Dispute Policy

1. For:
   
   1. Services (such as Website Subscriptions, etc.)
   2. Intangible Products (such as Downloadable Media, etc.)
   3. Reproducible Products (such as tapes, CDs and DVDs, books, etc.)
   4. Consumable Products (such as Stationary, etc.)
   5. Perishable Products (such as , etc.)
   6. Time-Sensitive Products (such as Seminar Tickets, etc.)
   7. Custom-Made and/or Special Order Products (such as , etc.)
   
   The costs of the above products are outlaid upon request and cannot be recovered by us once ordered.
   
   Therefore, unless you are entitled to a refund because we have a legal obligation or we otherwise decide that you are entitled to a refund (as discussed in (3) below), our policy is that refunds on these items are not available.
   
   
2. For All Other Goods
   
   Products that are demonstratably defective due to quality control issues (as apposed to neglect or abuse), and are returned in a timely manner in its complete purchased state, may be returned for an exchange, repair or refund at our option, by notifying us and completing a Return Request form which will be provided with your Return Authorization.
   
   Items returned without a Return Authorization will be refused. Items returned incomplete or otherwise not eligible for a refund (such as with a voided warranty), it will be returned at the buyer's expense and no refund will be issued.
   
   
3. In All Cases
   
   You may be entitled to a refund if we agree that you have not made use of your purchase, and that a refund is an appropriate course of action in your individual case.
   
   You may be legally entitled to a refund if you have a statutory guarantee to refunds that cannot be disclaimed.
   
   We cannot be held liable for any delay or failure in our performance caused by or resulting from natural or unnatural disasters of all kinds, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labor difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control. Quantities are subject to availability.
   
   We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage or any kind, whether caused by tort, breach of contract or otherwise, as permitted by applicable law. Return postage costs must be borne by the buyer unless we choose to cover such costs ourselves.
